We guarantee the products we sell
At TOYCYCLE, we use a rigorous vetting process. We inspect each and every one of the used baby items we sell to ensure that they are in excellent condition, fully functional, include all their parts, and are clean. Additionally, we adhere to a strict Safety Policy.
So we can stand behind everything we sell. Our guarantee is simple: when you order a product from us, you can count on it arriving exactly as we’ve described it. Or you can return it for a full refund. We’re that confident you’ll be pleased with your purchase.
Product descriptions
The overwhelming majority of the products we sell are in excellent condition. But occasionally we sell high-demand or collector items that may be more worn or not match a new version of the product. A good example would be a Green Toys Shape Sorter. We love Green Toys and think they are a great sustainable addition to any child’s toy chest. If we receive a shape sorter that has seven of the eight shapes for sorting, and is otherwise in good condition, we are likely to offer it to our customers, because it’s fully functional and an awesome toy. A reduced price will reflect the item’s condition.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days and we will happily issue a refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. You can choose a refund of your original payment, or a store credit.
